TERMS & CONDITIONS
Services to be redeemed within standard salon opening times.
The first week's membership is due and payable on the day of service, and weekly payments will be deducted the following week on the same day.
A Valid drivers license and debit card is required.
Our standard cancellation policy applies - additional charges may be incurred as per standard policy.
Membership charges are non-refundable.
You may upgrade your membership through the year; however, 2 weeks notice will be required to change membership.
Dishonoured payments will incur a late payment surcharge. No services can be rendered until payments are up to date.
There is no cancellation or temporary hold policy for membership. Membership runs for 12 months.
Memberships are available first-come, first-serve as we only have a limited number of memberships.
