NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES ARE ALLOWED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT.
We appreciate that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, and this is ok, provided it’s done 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please understand that when you cancel an appointment with little notice, you prevent someone else from taking that appointment.
To let us fill the booking of the Bed and Specialist, we kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible and at least 24 hours.
Everyone’s time is valuable, including ours; please either change your booking online 24 hours prior to or call us to reschedule.
Failure to provide 48 hours notice will incur a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This will be taken at the time of your booking. If you do not show up or cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, then you will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost because the Bed and Specialist have been reserved and booked out for you.

As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, you must contact us within one week of the original service if you have any problems, via phone call or in person. As per this Act, Eloquent Eyes will then fix the service or replace the product at no charge within one week of you contacting us. We do not offer refunds.
