Whether you're coming in for your first lash lift or a full set of extensions, here's exactly what to expect.

Arrival & welcome
You'll be welcomed into our calm, private treatment space. Your appointment time is yours entirely, no rushing, no waiting room.

Lash consultation
We assess your natural lashes, their length, thickness, curl and overall health, and discuss your lifestyle and the result you want. If you have reference photos, bring them. We'll recommend the best treatment and style for your specific lashes.

Getting comfortable
You'll be lying down for the duration of the treatment. Under-eye pads protect your lower lashes. Most clients find the experience deeply relaxing, falling asleep is very normal and very welcome.

Your treatment
Lash lifts take approximately 45–60 minutes. Extension full sets take 90–120 minutes. We work methodically and never rush — the quality of each individual lash placement matters to us.

The reveal
We remove the pads and let you open your eyes slowly. You'll see your result in natural light, and we'll make any small adjustments before you leave. Most clients are genuinely surprised by how natural and beautiful the result looks.

The aftercare
