If you've been curious about lash extensions but felt a bit nervous about your first set, you're exactly who this is for. Most of the first-timers we see arrive with the same worries, and almost all of them leave wishing they'd booked sooner.

That's why we never work from a one-size-fits-all menu.  We look at your eye shape and features first, then build a set that opens and balances your eyes naturally. Natural, hybrid or volume, the goal is always that they look like you, just more rested.

What your first appointment involves

Your first visit includes a proper consultation before anything begins. We talk through what you're after, what "natural" means to you specifically, and what will suit your eyes, then you relax (many clients happily nap through it). It's calm, comfortable and completely unrushed.

Take Kate, who came in for her very first set later in life, a little nervous, with one clear brief: natural. Aftercare and upkeep

Lashes are simple to look after: keep them clean, brush them gently, avoid heavy oils and excessive rubbing, and come in for a fill every two to three weeks to keep them looking fresh. We'll give you the full care routine at your appointment.
